What We Do
We work with smallholder farmers to address crop spoilage through on-farm fruit drying. We ensure all products meet FDA Food Safety Standards.
We aggregate the dried fruit and ensure the traceability to the source farm. The fruit is then packaged for wholesale export to the US and sold to snack brands that can leverage the social value created by the Fair Fruit Exchange.
Customers can engage with the source farm through our platform via QR Codes. Meet the farmer through their profile and video biography, Q&A their favorite farmer and even track the impact of their purchasing on the farmers’ lives.

We believe in protecting the future of our planet and food supply. As such, we’re investing in the future of farming by monitoring batch level KPI’s for each crop dryer tied to our platform. This allows us to effectively manage quality and create a transparent supply chain for decentralized processing.
Using this data in conjunction with climate and weather patterns, machine learning can help us extrapolate macro market trends. These trends are of paramount importance for optimizing allocation of future supply infrastructure. It will also help us to keep our partner farms ahead of the curve.
